Bayt Maal Al-Quds is known for its performance in Gambia

The thematic exhibitions held by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency on the sidelines of the 15th Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which concluded today, Sunday, in Banjul, the capital of Gambia, witnessed a great turnout by the participating delegations.

A number of foreign ministers who visited the agency’s exhibitions, led by the Foreign Minister of the host country, Mamadou Tangara, the Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ISESCO), and various ambassadors and personalities, expressed their admiration and appreciation for the great work undertaken by the Al-Quds Committee, headed by King Mohammed VI. Service to the Holy City and support for the Palestinian cause.

The agency’s exhibitions were divided into a special section that included regional products of Palestinian associations funded by the agency, within the framework of the “Civil Initiatives for Human Development in Jerusalem” program, and a section that included products of olive tree origin, which included works of wood, models, vegetable oils, decorative materials, kohl, soap, and others.

The agency’s exhibitions also included a section for paintings and photos from the archives of the Jerusalem Committee meetings, paintings on various social assistance programs, in addition to books and publications.

By the way, the agency distributed its reports on the outcome of its achievements during the year 2023, and on the outcome of activities and events within the framework of its commemoration of the silver jubilee last year, under the patronage of King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee.

The agency also distributed another report on the outcome of the recent humanitarian operation ordered by the King for the Palestinian residents of Jerusalem and Gaza, coinciding with the last month of Ramadan.

It is noteworthy that the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency participated in the work of the 15th session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation summit with a delegation headed by Muhammad Salem Al-Sharqawi, the director in charge of running the agency.
