Ms. Hoang Thi Thuy Lan was born in 1965 in Vinh Yen City, Vinh Phuc. Ms. Lan is Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Phuc province.
Previously, Ms. Lan was a teacher, Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial Labor Confederation, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee….
In December 2014, Ms. Lan became Deputy Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee and has been Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee from February 2015 to present.
Mr. Le Duy Thanh, born in 1969, is from Vu Di commune, Vinh Tuong district, Vinh Phuc province. Before being elected Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, he held the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Secretary of the Lap Thach District Party Committee, and Deputy Director of the Tax Department of Vinh Phuc province.
