Ameriabank maintains the absolute leading position in the Armenian banking system in terms of the volume of its mortgage loan portfolio, with a share of 21.3% (31.12.2023).
In 2023, Ameriabank’s mortgage portfolio increased by more than 47 billion drams or 25.3%, amounting to more than 233 billion drams as of 31.12.2023.
It should be noted that during the same period, more than 45% of mortgage loans for apartments purchased from the primary market through Ameriabank were provided online. It is noteworthy that the same index was 51% in December.

Currently, more than 90 buildings with more than 1650 apartments and private houses are presented on the platform.
