The store provides a distinctive contactless experience specifically designed to enhance the customer experience. It includes a variety of equipment and features, including a smart vending machine. The new store also contributes to creating a qualitative shift in the way services are provided to customers in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The new store allows customers to complete a variety of transactions through a simplified digital experience. The store is distinguished from others by the availability of a smart vending machine, which is the first of its kind in Bahrain, through which customers can purchase any new device immediately through simple steps without the need for assistance from the branch employees.
The store also includes a product display area, which allows customers to compare the devices on display and learn about their specifications, which helps them make better purchasing decisions.
In addition, the store includes advanced self-service machines that provide a variety of services, such as eSIM activation and phone SIM replacement.

The opening ceremony was attended by a number of Batelco’s executive management team and members of the media, where a live demonstration was conducted on how to purchase devices through the smart vending machine, which includes many different devices and supplies.
