Under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Speaker of the Shura Council, and in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Salman Al Muslim, Speaker of the House of Representatives, His Excellency Mr. Jamil bin Mohammed Humaidan, Minister of Labour, His Excellency Mr. Osama bin Khalaf Al Asfour, Minister of Social Development, and His Excellency MP Ahmed Sabah Al Salloum, President of the Bahrain Society For the development of small and medium enterprises, a large number of Their Excellencies, members of the House of Representatives and the Shura Council, senior Bahraini merchants, and representatives of embassies, held the closing ceremony of the “Economic Decision Makers” program for its fifth and sixth sessions.

26 graduates of entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises were honored during the ceremony, bringing the total number of graduates – as the President of the Association confirmed in his speech – to 154 graduates over 6 continuous years. This is in addition to honoring the lecturers and sponsors of the Association (National Bank of Bahrain, Tamkeen). , Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, Ahli United Bank), and the media sponsor of the program is the Bahraini newspaper “Al-Bilad”.

This year, the program included 38 lectures and workshops throughout the programme, presented by 17 lecturers from 6 Arab and foreign countries: Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Syria and the Netherlands.

In his speech at the conclusion of the program, His Excellency the Speaker of the Shura Council affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain is thanks to the initiatives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great monarch of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and his lofty and forward-looking vision, and His Majesty’s absolute interest in investing in the human element and empowering Bahraini youth. Putting him on the right path to hard, fruitful work and supporting small national enterprises contributed to supporting and developing the national economy, and achieving many achievements and successes in implementing Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030, which enjoys the patronage and attention of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Council of Ministers. Ministers, may God protect him, as His Highness’s encouragement of the Bahrain team in various sectors constitutes the basis for continuing to implement the vision and evaluating what has been achieved during the past years.

And here we are today, after six years of the program’s existence, today we celebrate the graduation of 26 of the association’s esteemed members, so that the total number of graduates from the program over its six years has reached 154 graduates of entrepreneurs affiliated with and members of the association, in addition to dozens who attended some of the workshops as guests.
