JAKARTA – There are at least six commander figures special force Of Indonesian National Army (TNI) . The special forces in the TNI include the Commander General of the Special Forces Command ( Danjen Kopassus ) to the Jala Mangkara Detachment Commander ( Dandenjak ).

The following is a brief explanation of the six special forces commanders in the TNI, namely:

1. Maj. Gen. TNI Djon Afriandi (Danjen Kopassus)

The general, who graduated from the Military Academy (Akmil) in 1995, now serves as Commander General of the Special Forces Command (Danjen Kopassus).

The two-star general of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Army (AD), born in June 1972 in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra, serves as Danjen Kopassus based on the Decree (SK) of the TNI Commander Number Kep/216/II/2024 concerning Dismissal from and Appointment to Position in TNI environment, which was determined on Wednesday, February 21 2024

2. Admiral TNI Baroyo Eko Basuki (Danpuskopaska)

Admiral Baroyo Eko Basuki serves as Commander of the Frog Troop Command Center (Danpuskopaska) based on the Decree of the TNI Commander Number Kep/48/I/2023 concerning Dismissal from and Appointment to Positions within the TNI.

The transfer policy was determined by the TNI Commander on Monday, January 16 2023. This Indonesian Navy High Officer (Pati), born on December 29 1973, is a 1995 alumnus of the Naval Academy (AAL).

3. Marshal TNI Yudi Bustami (Dankopasgat)

The appointment of TNI Junior Marshal (Marsda) Yudi Bustami as Dankopasgat is stated in the Decree of the TNI Commander Number Kep/1384/XI/2023 dated 29 November 2023, concerning dismissal from and appointment to positions within the TNI.

Pati TNI AU, born on January 27 1967 in Bandung, West Java, graduated from the Air Force Academy (AAU) in 1989.

4. Major General TNI Achiruddin (Danpaspampres)

This two-star general from the Indonesian Army is the Commander of the Presidential Security Forces (Danpaspampres) based on the Decree of the TNI Commander Number Kep/1384/XI/2023 concerning Dismissal from and Appointment to Positions within the TNI.

The figure, born in Jakarta, November 15 1975, previously served as Deputy Commander General of the Special Forces Command (Wadanjen Kopassus) from 2022-2023. This 1997 Military Academy graduate is from the Infantry (Kopassus) branch.

5. TNI Major General Endi Supardi (Dankormar)

Endi Supardi is an AAL graduate class of 1990. The appointment of Major General Endi Supardi as Commander of the Marine Corps (Dankormar) was based on the TNI Commander’s Decree Number Kep/1127/X/2023 concerning Dismissal from and Appointment to Positions within the TNI.

The transfer policy was determined by TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono on Monday, October 2 2023. This two-star general’s last position was Governor of AAL.

6. Colonel Mar Rino Rianto (Dandenjaka)

Colonel Rino Rianto has served as Commander of the Indonesian Navy’s Jala Mangkara (Dandenjaka) Detachment after handing over his position (Sertijab) at the Arthur Solangs Marine Corps, Cilandak, South Jakarta, on Thursday 9 November 2023.

Quoted from kodiklatal.tnial.mil.id, Colonel Rino Rianto is an AAL Alumni of 1999. Before serving in Dandenjaka, Rino Rianto served as Specialist A for Marine Corps Operations.
