Petrus M., 62, from Oss was sentenced to nine years in prison for abusing his severely disabled sister. The Den Bosch court decided this today. The judge then follows the request of the Prosecutor’s Office.
M. regularly goes to pick up his sister from the institution where she lives. She was then sexually abused by other men, with whom she M. had regular sexual relations. The woman is 71 years old and has the height of a one and a half year old child. M. was her legal representative after the death of her parents.
Injuries
Two other men (56 and 81 years old) were sentenced to three years and six months respectively, writes Omroep Brabant. After M. visited the 56-year-old man from Uden with his sister last summer, the institution’s staff discovered injuries on his body and blood in the diaper he was wearing. The police were alerted and M. was arrested.
A third suspect (70 years old) from Tilburg was acquitted today because when he saw the woman he immediately declared that he did not want to have sex with her due to her obvious serious disability.
Responsible
The prosecutor takes M. very seriously for his behavior towards his sister. “He can’t do anything independently and can’t speak. That’s why he can’t explain anything.” According to the prosecutor, M. used his sister as a “living sex doll” to make contact with other men.
Although M. is fully responsible, the prosecutor is concerned about his approach to life. She has “little empathy for others” and does not cooperate well with investigations.
