Presidential candidate, Fadil Al-Amin, believed that the collapse of the Libyan dinar, which exceeded 50%, is the most correct expression, not the rise of the dollar, and this is a dangerous indicator for which all relevant parties bear responsibility.

The price of the US dollar against the Libyan dinar in the parallel market recorded a relative decline in trading today, Monday, recording 7.68 dinars in the cities of Tripoli and Zliten, following a continuous rise for several weeks.

Al-Amin said in a tweet through his account on the

Al-Amin explained that the collapse of the dinar while exports continue, indicates a deficit in income compared to expenses, and this means corruption, plunder and mismanagement.

He added that any attempt to adjust the exchange rate again would be disastrous for the economy and the citizen.

The presidential candidate pointed out that waste in spending over the past years without a specific budget is the biggest reason for the deficit we suffer today.

He pointed out that the political division that has been going on for almost 10 years is the root of the problem, and unless we close the gaps left by this division, which has become favorable to those who benefit from it and the absence of a single state, the collapse and slide will continue.

Al-Amin said that Libya needs to emerge from the drain it has fallen into, and does not need more digging and more drowning.
