The study, conducted by an international team including researchers from the University of Cambridge and China’s Fudan University, looked at 290,000 people with lifestyle and health data. Sleep seven to nine hours a night.
Being in social relationships.
Not drinking alcohol.
Eat healthy.
Exercise regularly.
Not smoking.
Sit less.

The researchers also examined the benefits of these habits and divided the participants into three groups. 57 percent of people followed these rules to exercise the most.
