Three-day, weekly, or even ten-day. What does fasting do to us? Is it dangerous in any way, and are there situations when a hunger strike can be recommended? That’s what we asked health prevention and nutrition specialist Margit Slimáková.
“The body can definitely handle it from the physical side. The vast majority of us have more of an excess and would need to lighten up a bit. But from the psychological side, I don’t see it that simple anymore,” says Margit Slimáková.
