The advisor to the head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine, Mikhail Podoliak, once again declared that China and India have a “weak potential”, although this time he replaced the adjective “intellectual” with “analytical”, UNIAN reported this Saturday.

The senior official noted that he “really made a mistake” when referring to “intelligence,” since what he meant was that both countries have “weak analytical potential when evaluating the strategic disadvantage of cooperation with the Russian Federation.” .

Likewise, Podoliak stressed that he had already apologized for his words. “I said, ‘I apologize, incorrect phrase in terms of weak intellectual potential.’ Because it is precisely the analytical component, the incorrect assessment of the strategic plans of India and China, which, unfortunately, continue to support the Russian Federation,” said the Ukrainian advisor.

Podoliak expressed in an interview published this Tuesday on the YouTube channel ‘Vlast vs Vlashenko’ that India and China have a “weak intellectual potential.” «What is the problem of India, China and others?
