One more death of worker is coming to be added to their blacklist industrial accidentswith a 50-year-old losing his life, when he was crushed by a heavy machine.
According to evros-news.gr, the industrial accident occurred when machine weighing 7 tons overwhelmed, under so far unknown circumstances, the worker, in a craft industry in the area of the village of Chimonio Orestiada.
The fire department arrived on the spot and after efforts, because there was no special crane to lift the very heavy machine, retrieved the unfortunate unconscious worker.
An unconscious man who was crushed by a machine in the area of Chimonio Orestiada was rescued and taken by an ambulance of the EKAV. They tried 7 #firefighters with 3 vehicles.

According to the same information as established by the EKAV ambulance crew, the 50-year-old unfortunately died. Light will be shed on the exact causes of death necropsy which will be held at PGN Alexandroupolis.
