Strong winter storm will break out in California and this will cause fewer fires during the summer season
The storm will start on the coast West this weekend, bringing mountain snow and rain that will soak parts of California and the Pacific Northwest. The storm, which arrives at the peak of the season dry summer, fierce winds will also spread through the interior of the West.
