“We will make an inclusive government with young people and entrepreneurs”: Christian José

The young people of Valledupar experienced a night of culture and entrepreneurship with Christian José Moreno, candidate for Municipal Mayor, in Álamos 1 park after the refreshing rain this Saturday.

Moreno expressed political will to make a government inclusive of this population that has an unemployment rate of 19%, according to the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE).

“I want to tell the young people of Valledupar that we want to create a government that includes them. Boys are dropping out of educational institutions and only 4 out of 10 of them can access university,” said Christian José.

MORE AND BETTER EDUCATION

“We are going to work so that they have quality education that allows them to have better foundations to enter a technical institute or a university and we are going to provide the conditions so that the Fedecesar scholarships benefit more young people in Valledupar,” added the candidate.

In that same sense, the vallenato lawyer is to support youth entrepreneurship with credits, microcredits and seed capital with which they can boost their businesses, generate income and jobs.

YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS CONNECTED WITH CHRISTIAN JOSÉ

Laura Molina was one of the entrepreneurs who was at the event selling bakery, pastry and pastry products. There were also brands of clothing, accessories, jewelry, among others.

“It hurts to say it, but Valledupar is a city that lives by scavenging, by hand and hand, so I think this scenario is excellent because it allows us to make ourselves known,” said the young woman.

“The ventures give a plus to this political event and the reception of the people towards Christian has been spectacular,” said Juan Pablo Ponce, one of the attendees.
