Wall Street opened this Wednesday in mixed territory, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average, its main indicator, lost 0.10%, to 38,464 points, while the market remains attentive to the quarterly results of large companies.

Ten minutes after the opening of the trading floor, the selective S&P 500 rose 0.21%, to 5,081 points, and the technological Nasdaq was the most benefited, with a rise of 0.74% to stand at 15,813 points.

This morning the company that benefited the most on the stock market was Tesla, which rose 10.55%: despite yesterday announcing a 55% drop in net profits in the first quarter of the year, the price drops of its vehicles in April and the Plans announced by Elon Musk seem to have seduced investors.

Boeing, which has just announced its results after a dark year due to the accumulation of technical problems in its planes, was up 1.85% at this time, and Visa, which presented them yesterday, was up 2.37%.

Today the results of Meta and Ford are expected, and tomorrow, Thursday is the ‘big day’ of the week, with the publication of the results of Microsoft, Alphabet and Intel.

In the sectors, technology rose 1.12% and non-essential goods rose 1.3%, but losses predominated, such as public services (-0.72%) and energy (-.0 .71%).

In the Dow 30 index, and outside of those mentioned, the increases in Intel (2.2%) and Caterpillar (0.94%) stand out, and the decreases in Verizon (-1.7%) and Johnson&Johnson (-1. 43%).
