Europe-wide award procedure for an interim structure at the TZW-Brigittenau/Lorenz Böhler site
Vienna (OTS) – Following the decision of the AUVA Board of Directors last week, which provides for the interim solution for the Vienna-Brigittenau trauma center at the Donaueschingenstrasse location, the Europe-wide award procedure for total contractor services was started today, Wednesday.
The AUVA invites you to submit appropriate offers for the construction of the interim solution. The two-stage process is scheduled to be completed at the end of July, with construction implementation beginning immediately afterwards at the beginning of August.
As reported, the existing building is to be upgraded as much as possible and supplemented with a container or modular structure on the site of the current parking garage.
The full commissioning of the interim solution is planned for the beginning of 2025 after acceptance by the authorities. The commissioned AUVA project steering committee began its work in mid-April and will continue the implementation with the ongoing involvement of the site works council and the central works council.
