As it became known, the local radio station KKFI recognized it victim as Lisa Lopez, one of his Disk Jockeys and host of the show “Taste of Tejano”.
Radio DJ Lisa Lopez-Galvan was killed in the shooting at the Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade, Kansas City station KKFI said in a statement.

They are in the hands of the police three suspects, one of whom was even chased down and subdued by fans watching the parade. Their motivation remains a big question for now.

Eleven of those injured in the shooting or the ensuing chaos were young children even 6 years old.
The mayor of Kansas City has advised that all members of the Kansas City Chiefs team – including athletes, coaches and other staff – are safe.
