In recent days, the educational institution announced that on March 22, 2024, they received a letter from the Single Union of Workers of the Antonio Narro Autonomous Agrarian University (SUTUAAAN), indicating a strike call and affecting the regularity of the services. dining and transportation.
For this reason, and in order to provide continuity to the academic processes and foresee possible effects on students due to a probable lack of student services, the decision was made to implement the semester through virtual modality, valid from April 8 to 19. .
On April 13, the UAAAN was officially notified that the summons was filed by the SUTUAAAN in the Federal Labor Court of Collective Affairs on April 12, with the date of the strike breaking out on August 28.
It was announced that the central administration has always had the door open to dialogue for any matter that is related to the labor commitments it has with its workers.
