Seyyad Ganbarov, who was previously convicted of stealing from cars, Rovshan Jafarov, Vugar Sadikhov and Elchin Danilyan, who stole from about 10 houses in Ramana and Sabunchu settlements, were arrested during operations conducted by the 12th Police Department (PS) of the Sabunchu District Police Department (RPI) in recent days. were detained.
Publika.az reports that two of those detained during the operation are Armenians and are brothers – Rovshan Jafarov, born in 1966, and Elchin Danilyan, born in 1971.
In response to Axar.az’s inquiry, the Press Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) stated that the Armenian brothers were previously detained for theft and other crimes:
“Thus, the Armenian brothers who were detained for stealing domestic birds in Baku in 2019-2020 confessed their actions.”
According to information, the brothers are residents of Sabirabad district. Rovshan took his wife’s surname after marriage. Although the couple later divorced, that person kept the surname Jafarov. Elchin did not change his surname Danilyan.
