Thin Poha – 1 cup
Boiled potatoes – 2
Flour – 1 tablespoon
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Poha Cutlet Recipe
To make Poha Cutlet, first clean the Poha and then wash it thoroughly with water. – Now put the poha in a sieve and leave it for 5 minutes, so that the water present in the poha gets drained. After this, take out the poha in a big bowl. After this, peel and mash the boiled potatoes and add them to the poha and mix both the things well. Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste and salt as per taste and mix well.
After mixing all the ingredients well, add black pepper powder, corn flour and chopped coriander leaves to the mixture. Make sure there is not much moisture in the mixture. Now mix corn flour and flour in a bowl and add a pinch of black pepper powder and a little salt. – Add half a cup of water little by little and make a smooth batter.
Now take the prepared potato-poha mixture little by little and make cutlets from it and keep it in a plate. After this, heat oil in a pan. While the oil is heating, take a cutlet and dip it in the flour-corn flour solution, then dip it in breadcrumbs and coat it well from all sides and then put it in the pan to fry. Similarly, add poha cutlets and fry as per the capacity of the pan.
Turn the poha cutlets for a minute or two. When the cutlets become golden and crispy from both sides, take them out in a plate. After this, deep fry the remaining bread cutlets using the same process. Delicious bread cutlets are ready for breakfast. Serve them hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
