A leader of the People’s Committee of Hoa Hiep Bac ward, Lien Chieu district once said that in the near future, after handing over Hai Van Quan, this area will be surveyed and planned to serve relic tourism.

Hai Van Pass is one of the famous passes in Vietnam. The pass is nearly 500m above sea level and connects Thua Thien Hue province and Da Nang city.
