We’re not used to good automotive news coming out of Brussels, but this is one of them. How is it possible that someone did not pay attention to such a treasure for a long time, we do not know, but one thing is for sure: all cars will now be for sale.
Brussels, Brussels… Well, it’s not a city from which you normally receive news that caresses the soul of a car enthusiast, not really. However, there are still exceptions that prove a completely different rule.
As our colleagues from the Belgian HLN report, right in the Belgian capital they managed to discover a collection of supercars abandoned for more than 10 years, which leaves you breathless not so much for its number (perhaps even 22 cars is not a small number), but rather by its quality. These are extraordinary cars, in exceptionally good condition.
The Oldtimerfarm company took care of the discovery in circumstances not yet specified. We have been in contact with the company in Aalter, i.e. the Flemish part of Belgium, to which I am naturally closest, but citing discretion towards the original owner’s family, they refused to reveal more. Considering the above, we can only assume that the car belonged to a wealthy person who died, and the family either did not know about his penchant for cars at all (this happens too), or spent a lot of time deciding how to dispose of his car. In any case, the cars were discovered, taken to Oldtimerfarm and I was promised photos from the company as soon as they become available.
For now we can show you a video that pretends to discover the cars in the warehouse, but considering the Oldtimerfarm swabs already present under the signs, it is obvious that the discovery itself occurred earlier and this is only for the cameras. No matter, it is still clear how dark the cars were, but at the same time it must be said that they were parked under a tarpaulin. And she was peering out from underneath in truly perfect condition.
The images don’t show everything, but at Oldtimerfarm we have a complete list of cars and their estimated prices available. So far these are only estimates, not offers: the car will go on sale, but only after its complete preparation. Then the following gems were found:
Ferrari 250 GTE – 12 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 328 GTS – 2.5 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 328 GTS – 2.8 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 348 Competizione – 6 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 348 Spider – 2.2 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 365 GT4 BB – 8 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 550 Maranello (I) – 4 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 550 Maranello (II) – 4 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 575M (automatic) – 2.7 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 575M (manual) – 7.5 million Czech crowns
Ferrari Mondial Cabriolet – 1.9 million Czech crowns
Ferrari Testarossa (I) – 3.8 million Czech crowns
Ferrari Testarossa (II) – 3.8 million Czech crowns
Ferrari 512 TR – 6 million Czech crowns
Ferrari F512 M (red) – 13 million Czech crowns
Ferrari F512 M (yellow) – 12.5 million Czech crowns
Porsche 911 2.0 SWB – 5 million Czech crowns
Porsche 911 E – 3.6 million Czech crowns
Porsche 911 S – 5 million Czech crowns
Porsche 911 930 Turbo – 3.6 million Czech crowns
Porsche 911 964 Turbo – 4.7 million Czech crowns
Porsche 911 964 Turbo 3.6 – 10 million Czech crowns
If I count correctly, the total value exceeds 120 million crowns. Sure, it lacks superlatives (although 250 GTEs, two F512Ms and a 911 964 Turbo 3.6 aren’t far away), it’s still a quality collection of dozens of cars from two of the best automotive brands. See more in the video below, we don’t often see similar findings in Europe, the news about it usually comes more from the United States.
