They demand to present Sinaloa candidates alive

Hundreds of supporters of the Fuerza y ​​Corazón por Sinaloa coalition gathered in front of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Sinaloa, as well as relatives of Luis García Corrales, candidate for mayor of Culiacán, and Juan Francisco Cerón Beltrán, who disappeared last Saturday.

With banners that read: “We wish for Peace and Security”; “Together for Peace,” and “We demonstrate for our companions Luis and Francisco who are fathers and sons,” the protesters demanded that both men be released.

In Mazatlán, members of the parties that are in the alliance PRI, PAN, PRD and Partido Sinaloense (Pas) demanded that Luis García and Juan Francisco Cerón appear safe and sound.

Alba Virgen Montes, candidate for mayor of Guasave for El Pas, decided not to start her political campaign yesterday, Monday, in solidarity for the missing.

The leaders of the National Action parties, Roxana Rubio Valdez; of the Institutional Revolutionary, Paola Garate Valenzuela, and of the Democratic Revolution, Oner Lazcano López, went to the State Attorney General’s Office to present a new complaint for the disappearance of the candidate, who also serves as Secretary of Organization of the Pas.

The founder of the Sinaloense Party, Héctor Melesio Cuen Ojeda, assured: “We have evidence that these two people were allegedly picked up by elements of the municipal police.”
