There were seven decapitated and dismembered victims who were abandoned inside a vehicle this morning in the Ecological Peripheral of the metropolitan area of the city of Puebla.
The State Attorney General, Gilberto Higuera Bernal, explained that along with the human remains, the criminals left narco messages with the reason why they were deprived of their lives.
In a press conference headed by Governor Sergio Salomón Céspedes, The prosecutor explained that of the seven victims, five were decapitated and one dismembered..
“In each one a message written on paper and in each one of them stating the reason for the deprivation of life, of course unjustified,” he said.
The first investigations determined that two people left the remains in a vehicle reported stolen.

“Some criminals seek to fracture the relationship between society and institutions, which is why it is important to close ranks,” he said.
Salomón Céspedes considered that this type of violent events is a reaction to the frontal and determined containment that they have given against crime.
“This is not the time to give up, on the contrary, we have to continue working (…) it is time to team up and block the path to crime,” he said and He called on political actors to maintain restraint and not profit from this type of actions.
During the past year, Puebla was ranked among the 10 states with the most cases of violent or atrocious crimes, according to the civil organization Causa en Común.
The civil association highlighted that in the state of Puebla the incident with the highest incidence was torture.
In the Gallery of Horror, atrocities and high-impact events 2023showed that Puebla was positioned in seventh place at the national level with a total of 297 atrocities and a total of 133 victims.
