Main prizes of the Lotería del Niño

The most important and abundant prizes of the Lotería del Niño are the first prize, commonly known as “El Gordo”, worth 2,000,000 euros for the series, or, if we talk about tenths, 200,000 euros for every tenth; The second largest prize amounts to 750,000 euros per series, i.e. 75,000 euros for the tenth and the third prize amounts to 250,000 euros per series (25,000 euros for the tenth). Although these three prizes are only half of what is given out from the Christmas lottery draw, it is still a great opportunity to try and get a winning ticket.

Terminations and refunds

The Lotería del Niño rewards completions: it distributes prizes of 100 euros to the tenth (1,000 euros per series) to the 99 remaining numbers of the hundred of first, second and third prize respectively. It also awards prizes of 1,000 euros in the series of tenths whose three and last two digits are the same and are equally arranged like those of the first three lottery prizes.

Finally there are refunds. Those who have tickets whose last digit is equal to the one that won the first prize will receive 20 euros for every tenth winner. The same amount will be paid to tickets whose last figure is identical to that obtained in the first special drawing of a figure and to that obtained in the second special drawing of a figure.
