Video obtained exclusively from Mail shows the last moments of the life of 30-year-old nursing technician Michele Carvalho Magalhães. The woman died after being shot dead while she was leaving a party, in Setor Estância Mestre d’Armas 05, in Planaltina. Investigations revealed that the murder was carried out out of revenge. A person is arrested.
Michele was shot in the early hours of Tuesday (26/12). The report revealed that the perpetrator of the crime is Elevi Santana Gomes, 42 years old. According to police investigations, he and his son, a 17-year-old teenager – whose name will be preserved under the Statute on Children and Adolescents (ECA) – joined together to carry out the murder to take revenge on Michele, because , in 2022 he would have tried to shoot Elevi’s daughter (read Revenge).

On the day of the crime, Michele and a friend were leaving a house party. The incident occurred in the same street where Elevi and his family live, in Planaltina. The moment they got into the car to leave, Michele and his colleague realized that the vehicle had problems and, at that moment, Elevi and his son were passing by on the street.
The images from the internal safety circuit of the road show Michele and her friend seeking help in the middle of the road. The victim’s colleague, seeing Elevi and her son, asked them to help “start” the car. “When Michele went to start the car, the minor asked if she was the owner of the vehicle. She answered yes and he shot her twice,” said delegate Marcelo Gaia, of the 16th Police Commissariat (Planaltina). The shots hit the victim’s head and neck, but the police are awaiting the report from the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML) to continue the investigation.
According to the delegate, Elevi ordered his son to shoot the boy so that he would not tell what happened, but the man ran away and managed to escape.
Vendetta
Michele’s death was motivated by a disagreement between her and the author’s daughter, identified as Raquel Bispo, — currently in prison for drug trafficking —. The argument between the two occurred because of an ex-boyfriend. Before being shot by Michele in April 2022, Raquel allegedly stabbed the technician in her hand, breaking the window and taillight of her car, according to the court case. Michele was arrested on charges of attempted murder and corruption of free minors.
Elevi was arrested on Thursday, but his son remains at large. OR Mail found that the man has numerous criminal records and faces seven cases in court, including violence against women, stalking and robbery. The perpetrator was charged with attempted murder and corruption of minors.
