This is what is read in a new report released by the Center for Journalistic Investigation (Ciper-Chile), in a work by journalist Nicolás Sepúlveda, titled “The 12 leaks from Muñoz to Hermosilla: Dominga, Enjoy, Torrealba, Guverra and corruption cases in the PDI.”

In the report by Nicolás Sepúlveda it is recalled that during the second Government of Sebastián Piñera (which began in 2018) Luis Hermosilla was hired as an advisor to the Ministry of the Interior. “Several lawyers from his staff They were hired in the Legal Division of the Undersecretariat of the Interior. During the first government of Sebastián Piñera, Hermosilla also received payments through agreements,” the journalistic text indicates.
The Minister of the Interior was Andrés Chadwick, who would be part of the Hermosilla law office, from where he left when the audios were revealed that showed irregular actions such as those that are becoming known and that now involved the head of the PDI.
It turns out that it is now known, according to a journalistic note in the newspaper La Segunda, by reporter René González, that lawyer Hermosilla forwarded the information received from Muñoz to Chadwick. “By then (Chadwick) was no longer Minister of the Interior and, although he was not leading the cause either, he was Sebastián Piñera’s cousin,” the note reads.
