During the visit of President Ilham Aliyev to Agdam, the foundations of the villages of Giyasli, Salahli Kangarli and Garvand were laid.
Publika.az “Report” informs that this was stated by Bashir Hajiyev, the deputy special representative of the President in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region.
According to him, in the village of Giyasli 656in Salahli Kangarli 150 and in the village of Garvand 851 construction of a private residential house is planned: “Individual residential houses 2, 3, 4 and 5 will have a room. In addition, non-residential areas such as club community center, administrative building, commercial and catering facilities will be constructed in the area.”
B. Hajiyev also commented on the current situation in the villages where the president laid the foundations: “Khidirli, Kangarli and Saricali villages were founded earlier by the President. Demolition and vertical planning works have already been completed here, and the construction of private houses has begun. In the next stages, road and communication works will be started, and the construction of non-residential facilities is also expected.”
