In connection with the New Year holiday, gathering of people en masse in various places, including restaurants and party halls, houses, installation and lighting of fir trees, which are the main symbol of the holiday, and other situations increase the fire hazard.
From the Ministry of Emergency Situations Publika.azAccording to the report, a small carelessness or inattention at this time can lead to disruption of the festive atmosphere and bitter consequences.
Taking into account the above, the Ministry of Emergency Situations once again appeals to the population to strictly observe fire safety rules during New Year celebrations. So that,
– the fir tree decorated in houses and festive places should be firmly attached to the ground, the branches of the tree should not touch the ceiling and walls;
– in lighting, electrical equipment and devices should be used according to the sound and standard, and should not be left unattended;
– the tree should not be decorated with a burning toy;
– fireworks should not be used indoors.
Also, we remind you once again that the places chosen for the celebration must meet the requirements of the relevant fire safety regulations.
