The “gordian link” of the reduction of greenhouse gases from ships and the introduction of alternative fuels with zero or almost zero pollution that will serve the entire shipping industry will be sought to be resolved by the International Maritime Organization at the meeting of the Environmental Protection Committee (MEPC 81 ) which will meet in March in London from March 18-22.
