The sloppy troublemaker and former national team player Martin Fenin (37) is officially divorced. The application was submitted last September by Beáta’s now ex-wife. “The reason is mutual estrangement plus, of course, there is a problem with alcohol and drugs,” said the lawyer of his wife, with whom he has a three-year-old daughter Mia, to Fenin’s address.
They tried, but now the end has come for good. Martin Fenin, who became more famous for his scandals than for his football skills, is no longer married to the charming Beata. He did not save the relationship even by staying in an anti-alcohol treatment center, to which he confessed some time ago.
According to the server idnes.cz neither of the spouses appeared at the court. Instead, their lawyers were present. Legal representatives have confirmed that Fenin’s marriage is over. According to available information, Beáta’s wife filed for divorce last September at the District Court for Prague 5. The judge resolved it in just a quarter of an hour and it was over.
“These are common causes of marriage breakdown – they don’t live together,” quoted the aforementioned website of the lawyer of the former Slavia or Frankfurt football player.
There has been no property settlement yet. What about the question of custody of the daughter and alimony? The courts have already decided on this, but the details were not given in court on Monday. And since they both waived their right to appeal, the divorce is final.
