The International Futsal Referees Forum kicks off

Tripoli, November 4, 2023 (LANA) – The First International Futsal Conference was launched in the capital, Tripoli, under the supervision of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), which aims to hone the talents of Libyan referees.

The former Tunisian international referee, Shams Al-Din Al-Lamati, will lecture at the forum, which was organized under the auspices of the Libyan Football Federation and organized by the General Referees Committee. It also includes a number of theoretical and experimental lectures for attendees.

The forum’s activities took place on the floor of the Tripoli Sports City Hall, during the morning and evening periods, during which the latest developments related to the amendments issued by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) related to futsal futsal were reviewed and analysed.

For his part, the head of the General Referees Committee of the Libyan Football Association, former international referee Nasr al-Din Qarin, confirmed in a special statement to the Libyan News Agency (WAL) that this forum is an opportunity to develop, train and hone the skills of Libyan referees, coinciding with the imminent start of the Libyan Futsal League. .

It is noteworthy that the General Referees Committee had held two forums for international referees, elite, promising and emerging referees during the recent period in coordination with the International Federation and the African Football Association. (And – Tripoli)
