Tempi – Victim’s husband / Asks the Supreme Court to handcuff 3 judges for errors and omissions

Specific responsibilities to the prosecutors and the investigator where the first ten days after the national tragedy in Tempe they had responsibility for the investigation of the terrible train accident, criticized the Christos Konstantinidis who lost his wife in Tempe.

Christos Konstantinidis, who attended two meetings which had relatives of the victims with the prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Georgia Adelinispeaking to the Open, revealed that she was detailed with the errors and omissions of the judicial officers initially charged with investigating the Tempe tragedy, prior to the appointment of the appellant investigator.

“As many times as we went to Mrs. Adelini, we did not go to chat. We went to file a statement, not to pray”Christos Konstantinidis said characteristically and focused on the second meeting that relatives of the victims had with the prosecutor of the Supreme Court.

“On the second visit we went with photos from Koulouri where the rubble had been moved and then Mrs. Adelini told us about “small moral issue”“, said Christos Konstantinidis who lost his wife in Tempi and continued explaining what they told the Supreme Court prosecutor.

«For 10 days the judicial authorities ostriched the scene of the crime and did not guard it. Then the husband of a victim in Tempe launched a fierce attack on three court officials saying:

“Those who did not work properly on behalf of the Justice and specifically the gentlemen Apostolos Jamalis (s.s. Prosecutor of First Instance), Stamatis Daskalopoulos (s.s head of the Larisa Appeals Prosecutor’s Office) and the investigator Ms. E. Surlawho were responsible for the first ten days to resign or for the prosecution of the Supreme Court to intervene and handcuff them”.

Christos Konstantinidis, in order to demonstrate the mistakes and omissions of the judicial officials, also mentioned that although they requested from May 2023 the appointment of a chemical engineer to participate in the investigations, his appointment was made a few days ago.
