An unusual family spectacle, enhanced by an engaging scene from the jungle, costumes and perfect music by Phil Collins, takes place on the famous Prague musical scene, in the Hybernia theater, from 2019. While Collins collected nominations for the Grammy Award, the Golden Globe Award and the Oscar for Best Song for the song You’ll Be In My Heart, the Prague performance has already been praised in the past by creators directly from the Disney studio. At that time, they mainly drew attention to the scene and its connection with choreography, the concept of costumes and the performances of Czech musical stars.

“It was clear from the beginning that the audience had something to look forward to. A simple idea was elevated to what became the centerpiece of the production: two large tree trunks. The appearance of the leopard was the first time you really saw how physically the director (Libor Vaculík) and the choreographer (Ivana Hannichová) use their artists in conjunction with the set designer. Tarzan of Prague is a very clever production,” said the original creators after the premiere on October 4, 2019. Visitors can now go to the jungle in the middle of Prague in just seven performances until the end of the year.

He will be accompanied by Ivana Korolová in the role of JanePetra Vojtková and Klára Jelínková. In the performance directed by Libor Vaculík, the audience will also see Josef Vojtek, Marian Vojtek, Ernesto Čekan, Tomáš Trapl and other actors, including ten acrobats.
