“I never wanted my daughter to feel the same way in her life. I wished she would look up to me,” adds Kassidy. She cut out all junk food and started doing cardio three to five times a week. She started changing her current lifestyle at the beginning of May 2015, and at the end of 2016 she already weighed sixty kilograms less!

“I stopped making excuses,” reminisces about his beginnings as Kassida. She started preparing food boxes every day and exercising regularly. Although she was not under the supervision of any expert, she had many people around her who motivated her and helped her on her way to change. “Friends, family, coaches, but also people I barely knew gave me a lot of valuable advice, for which I am still extremely grateful to this day,” says Kassidy.

Kassidy shared the entire process of her transformation on her Instagram, where she received a lot of support and was an inspiration to others. “Social media has probably become the biggest motivator for me. Going to market with your skin in front of thousands of people will get you the best results.” claims Kassidy, who, in addition to photos of her figure, also shared tips on exercises and healthy meals.

Maybe counting calories would speed up her weight loss, but the thought was too stressful for Kassidy. She therefore decided to eat intuitively and rely on her body instead of numbers. She looked for recipes on the Internet and was constantly trying new dishes. But so far, she is most comfortable with simple dishes, such as rice with chicken and vegetables.

Since her transformation, Kassidy has given birth to two healthy baby girls. After her second pregnancy, she gained thirty kilograms, so she had to work on herself again to get back in shape. “It was not easy at all. I was at the finish line once before, and now I was standing at the beginning again. But this time I was motivated by my own photos.” says Kassidy, who is now just a step away from her original weight.

“Forget about the fact that you have to lose fifty kilograms. Aim to lose five kilos – ten times. That’s the only way you won’t lose motivation.” Kassidy advises on her Instagram. She has already shared almost two thousand posts here, and the number of her fans is close to forty thousand.
