The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia has finalized through its own website and Nusuk app to make the Hajj registration process quick and easy. In addition, the Saudi government has reduced the cost of Hajj for domestic Hajj, own citizens and expatriates.
The new season of Hajj will begin next June. Subject to the sighting of the moon, the holy Hajj can be held this year on 9th Zilhaj of 1445 Hijri i.e. on 16th June. Saudi Arabia has already started to prepare.
At other times, specific places were reserved for specific countries in the holy Mecca. But this time, the rules have been made that the countries which complete the registration process first will get the seats on priority basis.
According to the Middle East-based media Gulf News, Saudi Arabia has started the Hajj registration process for expatriates and citizens of their country. This process started from Sunday (February 11). This time, the Hajj and Umrah Ministry of the country has launched an electronic system for Hajj pilgrims.
This year there will be four packages for domestic Hajis. One of which is the low cost package. The price of this package has been reduced to 3 thousand 145 Saudi riyals, which is 92 thousand in Bangladeshi taka.
In addition, the fare of Al Masaera train service in holy places has been increased from 400 riyals to 300 riyals. However, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah did not immediately comment on this matter.
In 2010, the Al Masaera train service was launched to transport Hajids. The trains of this service run between 9 stations of Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifah.
The holy city of Mecca is connected to other parts of Saudi Arabia by shuttle train services. The last station of this route is located near Minar Jamarat Bridge. At this place they throw pebbles at the symbolic devil.
