That must have been an experience! Former tennis player Lucie Šafářová (37) and her husband Tomáš Plekanec (41) went to one of the most famous establishments in Olomouc. In the Haná metropolis, they visited the Entrée restaurant, where selected delicacies are served under the baton of the famous chef Přemek Forejt (36). And they boasted about their experience on social networks!
The Olomouc restaurant Entrée is known not only for making food a bombastic experience for guests’ taste buds, but also for the fact that the well-known chef and judge of the MasterChef culinary competition Přemysl Forejt is in charge of the kitchen. At the moment, he received at least a virtual round of applause from hockey legend Tomáš Plekanec, who went to the company with his wife Lucia and boasted about his unusual experience on social networks.
He showed the fans what he enjoyed together with the former tennis player. The only thing he managed to capture was the dessert, so he showed the rest at least on the printed menu card. They tasted, for example, in the tasting menu mackerel with gorgonzola and furikake, bream with smoked eel and Bystročka cabbage, potato-leek cream with lovage and mustard, foie gras with sea buckthorn, chicory and nutmeg, deer with celery, onion and anchovies and other foods.
The entire tasting menu costs per person 1750 crowns and for those interested who would like to treat themselves to a gastronomic experience and wine pairing, the price will increase by 950 crowns. And judging by the fact that Plekanec immortalized his wife at the table with a glass of wine in hand, the couple probably nodded to such an offer. And no wonder. You don’t usually go to places like this to save money…
