On March 26, the Police Investigation Agency of Thuan Thanh Town Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecuting the defendant Vu Van Tam for the crime of: “Resisting people on duty.”

Authorities determined that the motorbike driver was Khuat Tien Thinh, and the two young men sitting behind were Dao Hoang Anh and Tran Duc Hung (both 19 years old, residing in Thanh Hoa city).

A representative of the Traffic Police Department affirmed that it only takes 2-5 minutes for a driver to comply with an alcohol test.
