Digital Desk, New Delhi. Achintya Shivalingan, an Indian-origin student studying at Princeton University in America, and her friend Hasan Syed have been arrested in America. These two companions are accused of protesting against the Israeli attack on Palestinians in Gaza Strip inside the university campus. Achintya Sivalingan was born in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. She is pursuing her Master of Public Affairs in International Affairs at Princeton University, USA. At the same time, Hasan is doing PhD from the university. Information about the arrest of both has been received from the report of Princeton Alumni Weekly.
