Putin’s new strategy: Russia is preparing a buffer zone to avoid Ukraine’s attack, public places will remain safe

Amidst the Russia-Ukraine war, he was successful in getting about 88 percent of the country’s votes. Overjoyed by this historic victory, Putin clearly said in his victory speech that the war with Ukraine will continue in the future. During his speech, Putin said that Russia is working to keep its borders more secure than ever before, especially that buffer zones will be created on the borders with Ukraine.
