Providing convenience for travelers, MyPertamina Veranda is present at the Japek KM57 Toll Road Rest Area

JAKARTA – Pertamina provides convenience to consumers who are traveling going home by presenting Serambi services My Pertamina of Rest Area Jakarta Cikampek (Japek) Toll Road KM57. Director of Regional Marketing at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Mars Ega Legowo Putra, explained that the presence of Serambi My Pertamina is to serve people who want to take a break.

“My Pertamina Veranda provides wifi, food and beverage, health services for blood pressure tests and blood tests. There is also a children’s play area. Massage chairs are also provided for tired travelers to relax. “This facility is free and can be accessed by the public,” said Ega.

To ensure the comfort of travelers, Pertamina also provides toilets and prayer rooms. “You can see how the toilets at Pertamina gas stations are very comfortable,” he said.

In an effort to ensure that people’s needs for fuel are met, Pertamina provides additional services if there is congestion outside or inside the KM57 Rest Area.

“We provide 54 motorbikes who are ready to serve during traffic jams on the toll road. If there is a buildup in the rest area, we provide modular services. “There are two Pertamax modulars available which can be used as queue breakers if there is a buildup,” said Ega.

“At KM57, apart from ensuring the availability of fuel, there are also pocket gas stations here. “So in the western Java region we provide 63 pocket gas stations, these are tank cars that will stand by at strategic gas stations to carry out urgent supplies,” said Ega continued.

Pertamina has also made a number of preparations to accommodate the needs of the community during the holidays, namely Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional West Java has formed a task force team tasked with monitoring travelers who travel by air, sea and land.
