Presidents agree to protect children; they sign treaty for early childhood

The lack of access to health services in children under 6 years of age increased between 2020 and 2022, going from 31.2% to 45.9%. The lack of access to social security is very high in girls and boys in early childhood, affecting 6 out of 10 (59.3%).
