Operation theater wedding photo shoot! The doctor opened a job – 2024-02-13 01:47:09

A patient’s life or death depends on the operation theater of the hospital. But, when the same operation theater becomes a pre-wedding photo shoot, it seems to be a spectacle to most. And such an incident happened in Chitradurg district of Karnataka state of India and a video of the incident has gone viral.

In the viral video, a doctor is seen performing surgery on a patient while wearing an apron in the operation theater (OT) of Bharamsagar Government Hospital in Chitradurg. His future wife is standing in front. She is helping her future husband in surgery.

At first glance, it looks like this is actually a video of a real operation. But soon it is seen that some people are standing in front of the doctor and his future wife with cameras and lights. Again after a while the man on the operating bed started laughing as soon as he called.

Later it is known that the doctor named Abhishek chose a sensitive place like the operation theater for the pre-wedding shoot before the wedding! As soon as the matter came to light, a storm of criticism swept across India.

After learning about the incident, Karnataka Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao took action against the doctor. On Friday (February 9), the accused doctor dismissed Abhishek from his job.

The health minister said that government hospitals are meant to serve the public. Not for personal activities. I will not tolerate such indiscipline at all.

He further said that all the doctors, officers and contractual employees have to fulfill their duties as per the guidelines. I have already issued strict instructions to all concerned not to behave unacceptable in the premises of the Government Hospital.

According to hospital sources, the operation theater where the shooting took place has been closed since September last year. The room was under renovation. Abhishek joined as a health officer at the beginning of last year.
