‘Omar’ is Muhammad Mustafa Kamal Raj’s sixth film dedicated to writer-producer Humayun Ahmed and hero-producer Manna. In the first scene, it is understood who or who killed, but a thriller like ‘Omar’ is about hiding the dead body. ‘Omar’ is a film in which the murderer gets away with laughter or comic relief, contrary to the conventional idea of ’Shishter lalan ar Dushter Daman’. According to the plot of the film, Bara Mirza is a domineering villain of the sea. There is no crime that his son Chhota Mirza does not commit. At the beginning of the film, at a hotel dance (item song), Omar fights and quarrels with Chota Mirza’s constant partner Badi and Chhota Mirza. After that, Omar went to Badir’s room in the hotel and found little Mirza. Chhota Mirza died in the scuffle. The story of the film begins with the hiding of Chhota Mirza’s body.
While trying to hide Badi and Omar’s body, they first encounter Bara Mirza and his PS Moti. After that, Moti and Omar had to come to Bara Mirza’s house. Everything happens here. At the end of hiding the dead body, the real incident is known. In the end revenge is real and the killer gets away scot-free. The dialogue of the film has Hindi ‘Drishyam’ movie words. Shariful Raj played the title role of Omar in the film. Calcutta’s Darshana Banik participated in the film’s item song ‘Viral Baby’. Naseeruddin Khan as Badi and Erfan Mridha Shibulu as Moti. Shahiduzzaman Salim as Big Mirza, Rozi Siddiqui as his wife and Abu Huraira Tanveer as Chhota Mirza. Fazlur Rahman Babu played the role of Omar’s father. Shahiduzzaman Salim, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Nasir Uddin Khan, Shariful Raj and Erfan Mridha Shiblu have acted well. The character of house maid in ‘Humayun Ahmadi’ is trending and audience got some comic relief too.
