Neighborhoods of Valledupar ‘put on the T-shirt’ of ‘The Mayor of All’

With meetings in their respective sectors, residents of popular neighborhoods and acquaintances of Valledupar showed their resounding support for the candidate for Mayor, Ernesto Orozco. At the same time, they expressed his concerns in the hope that they would be resolved during his administration.

Neighborhoods such as José Antonio Galán, Villa Luz, Brisas de La Popa and La Nevada joined the candidate’s political project.

“We are completely abandoned, we do not have paving and we also have problems with the ditch, in the afternoons a nauseating smell comes out and EMDUPAR has not solved it for us, we no longer know who to ask for help. We need you to remember us when you reach the Mayor’s Office,” said Mayuris García, community leader of the José Antonio Galán neighborhood.

For his part, José Ardila, from the Villa Luz neighborhood, asked the applicant to work on employability in the city. “There are many young people who go down bad paths because there are no sources of employment, we want you to commit to us and to everyone, that you will generate employment, because this brings progress and education.”

Orozco Durán listened carefully to each of his supporters’ requests, and promised to work on them during the first months of his government.
