Digital Desk, New Delhi. Russia has accused Ukraine of the terrorist attack on a concert hall in Moscow on Friday. President Vladimir Putin said in a message to the nation that 11 people involved in the attack have been detained. Putin has claimed that out of the 11 attackers detained, 4 were trying to cross the border to Ukraine. According to Russian security agencies, the terrorist attack in the concert hall is linked to Ukraine. However, Ukraine has clearly denied its involvement in this terrorist attack.
