The National Government decided to extend an important agreement with pollsters, originally established during the president’s mandate Alberto Fernandez. The main purpose of this agreement is to carry out studies to monitor public opinion and perception of government management.
The decision to extend this agreement was formalized through Administrative Decision 31/2024, which was published this Wednesday in the Official Gazette, bearing the signatures of the Chief of Staff, Nicolas Posseand the Minister of the Interior, Guillermo Francos.
This extension, with a duration of six months, includes a framework agreement with a list of recognized pollsters, including: 2R Consulting; Julius Aurelius; Analía del Franco; Trespuntozero SA; Hugo Haime Multimedia & Marketing SRL; Ebeno SRL; Barda Comunicación SRL; Opinaia SA; Communications Sudamericanas SA; Digital Strategy SAS; María Florencia Filadoro; Analytical Intelligence, Consultores Asociados SA; Gustavo Córdoba and Associates; and Luis Costa & Asoc. SRL
As specified in the official statement, “the expense derived from the execution of this extension of the framework agreement will be covered by the specific budget items corresponding to the jurisdictions and/or entities that issue the respective purchase orders, based on their individual needs. “.
What work do pollsters do?
The agreement established with these pollsters covers the implementation of various types of studies, including surveys, personal interviews, WhatsApp communities and focus groups.
All of these instruments have the central objective of providing an x-ray of citizen perception of government management and the policies implemented.
