Mayor and head of Conagua review issue of ASL stroke in Torreón

The mayor, Román Alberto Cepeda reported that a first meeting was already held with the head of the North Central Basin body of the National Water Commission, Juan Gabriel Riestra, with whom a general review of the work that the federal body is carrying out was carried out. carried out the Healthy Water for La Laguna (ASL) program in Torreón.

“It was a meeting on very good terms and communication with the head of Conagua“said the mayor, noting that a general review was made of the route that will carry the main line of the program in the continuation of the works from the right bank of the Nazas River to the peripheral, from the Puerta Amarilla to the Villa Florida crossing.

The route of the pipeline that will carry the water will be as initially planned, along the low-speed lane of the López Sánchez peripheral, for an approximate length of 2.5 kilometers.

After the meeting between both authorities, a technical and operational meeting was held to review the effects, not only on vehicular circulation but also on the induced gas lines, fiber optics and other services that cross the indicated section.

The mayor, Román Alberto Cepeda and the head of Conagua agreed to maintain permanent communication regarding the development of said works, considering the effects they will generate and their repercussions on citizens.
