Paneer – 300 grams
Capsicum – 2 finely chopped
Onion – 2 finely chopped
Tomato – 3 crushed
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Thick Curd – 1 bowl Ajwain
– ½ teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Pav Bhaji Masala – 2 spoons
Refined oil – 4 tbsp
Green Coriander – ½ cup
Salt – as per taste
recipe:
Take curd in a big vessel, add turmeric, chilli, garam masala, coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, oregano, ginger-garlic paste and salt and mix well. Cut the cheese into thick pieces and add it to the curd mixture and cover it. – Let the cheese marinate well in curd for half an hour. After half an hour, place the pan on the pan and add 2 spoons of oil on it and let it heat and wrap the marinated paneer pieces well in the curd mixture and keep them on the pan. – Keep the gas flame low and cook the paneer thoroughly from all sides. – When all the cheese is cooked well, turn off the gas.
– Take a pan and add remaining oil in it. Now add onion and cook on high flame for 5-7 minutes. Keep stirring the onion in between, so that it does not burn. – Now add capsicum and fry for 5 minutes. When capsicum is cooked, add ground tomato, turmeric, salt and pavbhaji masala and fry on low flame. – When oil starts coming out from the spices, reduce the flame of the gas. Now add roasted cheese to this masala, garnish with green coriander and serve with hot roti.
