Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Cashews- 5-6
Almonds- 5-6
Bay leaf – 1
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Cream – 1 tbsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

Easy method of making Shahi Bhindi
To make delicious Shahi Bhindi, first take ladyfinger and wash it thoroughly with water. After this we will cut it into pieces. Now chop onion, tomato and green chilli finely. After this, pour some water in a vessel and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the water becomes hot, add chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, green chillies, chopped cashews and almonds and boil it. However, when the onions and tomatoes become soft, turn off the gas. After this, take out the entire mixture in a vessel and keep it to cool. After this, grind this mixture with the help of a mixer and make a paste. On the other hand, take a pan, add oil in it and keep it on fire to heat. When the oil is hot, add chopped lady’s finger to it and fry half of it. After this, take it out in a bowl and keep it aside. After this, again pour some oil in the pan and add bay leaves and cinnamon and fry. After this, add prepared onion and tomato paste and cook. – After some time, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, curd and salt as per taste in the gravy and stir well with a ladle. Now add water as per requirement, when the gravy starts boiling, add half the fried lady finger in it and mix well with a ladle. Now cover the pan and keep it for some time. After some time cream will be added to it. Then cook for 1-2 more minutes and turn off the gas. However, we will add kasoori methi and garam masala over the vegetables. Now you can serve it with paratha, roti or naan.
